That guy deserves a lot of credit. Not just because of his position on the war, but because he had the courage to admit the folly of the "freedon fries" comment, and to oppose his own party on the war issue.
What? Praise only when they agree with you?

No, praise because politicians risk career suicide if the defy their party line. I offer the same praise to Democrats who oppose the war, while comdemning those Democrats who support it.
