Gee, I guess as long as they take the class, they will stop doing those bad things. I feel better already. Bush must be a real stand-up guy ensure such rigid ethical standards.
I wonder who developed the course? Rasputin? Goering? Hannibal Lecter?
That is just so goddamn stupid. Who is paying for their courses? Did they get some student loans?
Wait, I think that all government employees should go to these classes, and even have refreshers. When working with the government I found many of my fellow bureaucrats to be unscrupulous. (Which was one reason I left!)
