Dick Cheney
Dick Cheney advocating dictatorships while discussing the President's right to break law:
"I believe in a strong, robust executive authority and I think that the world we live in demands it"
Cheney also cast the deciding vote in a bill that lowers federal spending through cuts in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
I swear he is evil.
Dick Cheney looking evil.

Ha! You crack me up, Mochi!
How's the rib?

You know, Mochi...I find it interesting that Judge Roberts was silent during the years that Clinton used the same FISA law to wiretap Aldrich Ames...
What gives?

The rib sucks, it's so painful. I thought I had a high pain tolerance, but now I'm not so sure. I slipped on some ice after consuming too much alcohol at a comapany holiday party. I deserve my broken rib.
Roberts or Robertson?
I hate Dick Cheney. There, I said it. He is a coward and a punk. If I ever see him, I would probably break 4 of his ribs. I really think he is a behind the scenes menace who is assisting in taking this country down the tubes. I normally dont judge people based on their appearances, but whenever I look at this guy, I just really want to hit him. I really just think W gets too much crap for stuff he is not responsible for. I blame Dick.
I am also going to go ahead and put forth the argument that he caused Chernobyl, Islamic terrorism, racism, ageism, sexism, Katrina and every single car, plane and train accident ever. I know you will ask me to prove that he did all these horrible things, well, prove to me he didnt.
There, I feel better now.
'"I would argue that the actions that we've taken there are totally appropriate and consistent with the constitutional authority of the president. ... You know, it's not an accident that we haven't been hit in four years," the vice president said.'
To stir controversy and debate, how about the fact we shouldn't have been hit in the first place?
Sounds like Cheney might be the illegitimate child of a West Indies merchant who served under a federalist general in the great war and as his Secretary of State after his former boss became President. Oh, I'm sorry, that was another enemy of Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton. I've never been scared of Cheney til now. Good digging.
Chickenhawk, you're being far too kind...
Hi WSC!
Good to talk to you again.
I may have my facts wrong, but isn't it the FISA provision that allows domestic surveillance without a warrent, as long as it is cleared through the attorney general?
May be wrong...

And there is simply no question about the fact that under the Constitution and all controlling precedents, the NSA intercept program is legal.
Can anyone refute this analysis?
