If the United States sends foreign aid to third world nations in order to control them like the left says, then what must France's motive be for sending aid?

Yep .. and of even greater concern must be the rejection of the offers of Swedish water purification systems and Canadian rescue boats. You KNOW those damn Swedes are just dying to get in here and have their way with us.
